Two Bedroom Condo cater to all tastes with an ultra-spacious master bedroom with plush king size bed complete with a corner whirlpool tub for two, and one guest bedroom with two double beds. The private balcony and separate living area allow all guests to unwind, relax and enjoy a late night of conversation. With the in-condo washer and dryer, you can do laundry at anytime. You won't have to deal with soggy wet bathing suits and towels ever again. Two-Bedroom Condos conveniently accommodate up to eight guests.

All linens provided bed sheets, bath, pool & kitchen towels, hand soap, dish soap, 2 packs of laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, coffee filters, shampoo & body wash, plastic trash bags, cups, glasses, plates, cookware provided pans, pots, and bake ware, silverware and much much more.

Minimum Check-In Age: 21

A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in at some Wyndham resorts for phone calls, room service and other like charges. A $100 - $200.00 credit card pre-authorization is required at time of check-in; we do not accept cash deposits. If you use a "Debit Card" or "Check Card" the funds will be automatically withheld from your account and released by the resort at checkout.

Reservation will need to be in a legal name (as it appears on a valid form of identification) of the person who is checking-in at the resort. Once you have booked, if you need to change the name of the person checking in there will be a $99 fee for any changes.

Room is maintained by the resort to their five star standards. Pics are provided by the resort and can vary per unit.

Rates include guest fee, a resort parking permit for one, tax and exit cleaning of condo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ernie (the owner) a message.

If Ernie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
