The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the beach, just steps away from the Sea of Cortez. Come enjoy a kayak ride on the pristine water or relax by the pool.

Condo overlooks the white sands of Playa Blanca which border the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Master bedroom has queen sized bed with adjoining master bathroom and deck. Second bedroom has two twin beds than can be converted to a king sized bed (this has to be requested, otherwise the setting will remain as shown in the pictures). There is a guest bathroom off the living room. The living area has a comfy seating arrangement with couch, love seat and matching chair, TV (no satellite).

Dining area & bar seat eight people. Another deck off the living area has breathtaking views of the water and beach. Here you can watch a spectacular sunrise or moonlight dance across the water. Small BBQ & outside dining is available on the deck, perfect place to enjoy your catch of the day!!

The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining and providing meals. Washer & dryer along with linens. towels, DVDs, books & games are all provided. On the upper deck you will find a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sand & sea. The town of Los Barriles is a 20 minute walk along the beach & a well stocked grocery store is only a five minute walk away.

There are two single kayas available to use, you can enjoy a morning trip with your loved ones. Or if you prefer to be on wheels we can arrange to have quads delivered to your place and you can visit the waterfalls or explore the beaches. Resorts, restaurants and beach bars can be found along the beaches. East Cape is known for tranquility and fishing and there are some great eating establishments in town and always fun thing to do. Playa blanca is a 14 unit bulding is a very peacefull and quiet place, the shared pool is located on the 4th level, all access gates have codes in order to enter.

Strictly no smoking inside the condo or in any common area in the building compound. If you would like to enjoy a cigar or cigarette we kindly invite you to do so on the beach or on the street.

This Condo is the perfect spot for a beach vacation - located right on the white sandy beach of Playa Blanca in Buena Vista. The pool terrace invites to just enjoy the view across the bay, watch the ocean life go by and sip on a cool Margarita. Dip into the infinity pool for a cool down or walk down to the beach to enjoy a swim in the unspoiled waters of the Sea of Cortez.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
