Patio doors lead from the comfortably furnished living area and also from the well-equipped kitchen to an attractive sun drenched patio and pool area with BBQ. The 2 en-suite bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet, and it has a large double bed and doors to the sunny veranda which overlooks the pool and has views of the Natural Parque. The twin bedroom has a little veranda with country views and it has an en-suite shower and toilet.
Everything in the village is within walking distance and Burgau has everything you need in the way of restaurants, bars, grocery shopping, gift shopping and ATMs. The nearby larger village of Luz, 4 km east, has more options for shops and facilities, and larger still is the attractive historic regional capital city of Lagos, 12 km, for shopping, restaurants and night-life, which also has a marina and even a zoo.
There is such a lot to do in the area. Activities include all water sports, boat trips for dolphin watching and visits to grottoes, riding, tennis, squash, football, cycling, walking the wonderful coastal paths and of course sampling the luscious local food and wines.

A gorgeous end of row townhouse located in a quiet cul de sac with no through traffic and with free parking.
The front door opens into a small hallway with the ground floor shower room and toilet on the left, while on the right a staircase leads to the upstairs bedrooms. The hall opens out into a lovely bright comfortably furnished lounge with TV and DVD player and a dining area with seating for 4. Large glass doors open from the lounge to the patio and private pool and there is a lockable door from this area that can be used to access the country road outside.
Off the living area is the separate well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine as well as an iron & ironing board etc. The kitchen also has a door to the outside patio with a table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ near the pool area.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a 5 ft bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet and toilet. From this bedroom there are doors to the sunny veranda which has a small table and 2 chairs over looking the pool area and views of the natural parque.
From the upstairs landing there is access to the small roof terrace. There are electric roller shutters on windows and doors throughout the house and there is full air conditioning, the cost of which is included in the price.
There is free wi fi. A cot and high chair can be ordered in advance and there is no charge for these.
