From the parking area, you walk along a pathway beside a grassy area and on reaching number 33, you first enter a quiet shaded and gated outdoor room with seating, beside the front door. The hallway has a guest toilet and stairs leading to the bedrooms on the first floor. From the hallway your eye is immediately drawn to the Living Room's glass doors and the alluring view of the lovely wooden patio dining set and the private pool beyond.
The spacious Living Room is furnished in a contemporary style and has a generously-sized settee and a matching armchair. A black drawer unit houses the large flat screen TV which has local and international channels. There is Free Wi Fi and the adjacent Dining area has a table and four chairs.
The separate Kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer and there is also an iron and ironing board.
A door from the Kitchen opens directly onto the patio and pool area where there is a charcoal BBQ.
Upstairs, the en-suite Master Bedroom has a 5ft bed, built-in wardrobes and doors to a sunny veranda with 2 chairs to relax and enjoy views of the private pool below and the grass covered cliffs and coastal path. The En-suite bathroom has bath/shower, bidet, toilet and basin.
The family bathroom has a large shower enclosure, toilet and hand basin.
At the top of the stairs and located beside the main bathroom is Bedroom 2, a delightfully presented bedroom with twin beds and countryside views.
From the upstairs landing a door leads to a small roof terrace, a private place to relax and finish that book.
The super pool area has an outside shower, sun beds and a wooden dining table with matching chairs, and an inviting hammock too.
This fabulous terraced house has the same layout and many similar fittings as the neighbouring two houses but with different interior furnishings and pricing structure. It is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday for a small family or for just a couple wanting to get away from it all in a beautiful place.
