Tu Hogar en Burgos es ideal tanto para estancias cortas como largas, para tus viajes de placer, ocio o para tus desplazamientos laborales.

La casa tiene cuatro plantas, con tres habitaciones dobles y una cuádruple. La habitación principal tiene una cama de 1,50 con colchón viscoelástico y baño con ducha. Hay, también, otras dos habitaciones dobles con dos camas de 90, cada una, en la primera planta.

La tercera habitación, con cuatro camas, se encuentra en la segunda planta, tiene dos camas de 90 y dos camas de 1,05. Dispone de terraza solarium.

Tenemos dos cunas para bebes, trona y más enseres si necesitas (ideal para familias por ser una zona tranquila y bien comunicada).

En total tiene dos baños en la primera planta, uno con ducha y otro con bañera y un aseo en la planta baja. La casa se alquila con todo lo necesario para hacer vuestra estancia cómoda (ropa de cama, toallas, gel, papel higiénico, secadores de pelo, plancha, tabla de planchar, productos de limpieza y desinfección, etc...).

Tiene un amplio salón comedor con chimenea y acceso a un jardín privado.

En la cocina tienes todo lo necesario para cocinar (frigorífico, congelador, horno, microondas, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, cafetera italiana, tostadora, sandwichera, cazuelas, sartenes, cubertería, cristalería, vajilla, jabón lavavajillas, bayetas, papel de cocina, exprimidor de zumo, etc...).

Dispone de parking, para aparcar hasta tres vehículos, aunque hay mucho espacio público para aparcar.

Hay conexión WIFI de fibra óptica.

La casa tiene una amplia terraza solarium y también de un jardín privado con barabacoa. Además justo en frente hay unas pistas públicas de tenis y futbito y columpios y muy cerca amplios paseos y carril bici a la rivera del río.

Tenemos un gimnasio que puedes utilizar y la posibilidad de coger las bicicletas que hay en él disponibles.

Otros aspectos destacables

Los animales de compañía (siempre bajo consulta previa) tienen un coste de 5€/noche.

En estancias de una semana o inferiores se proporciona 1 juego de sábanas por huésped y 1 toalla de baño por huésped (no incluidos bebes 0-1 año). Además de una toalla de mano por baño. En estancias superiores se proporcionan cambios de juegos de sábanas y toallas. El huésped puede solicitar, si lo desea, sábanas y toallas extras: 5 €/toalla de baño extra y 5 €/juego de sábanas extra.

El vecindario

Está situado en un entorno residencial muy tranquilo con amplias zonas verdes de paseo y carril bici a lo largo del río. Muy cerca de la estación de tren y cerca de supermercados (Mercadona y Lidl).

Bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad por medio de autobús y aunque la casa dispone de 3 plazas de parking, hay mucho espacio público para aparcar.

Cómo moverse

Para moverte al centro de la ciudad, puedes usar el autobús, las líneas 25, 43 y 80. La estación de tren, Rosa de Lima, está muy cerca de la casa.

La llegada en coche es muy sencilla, toma Av. Cantabria/N-623/N-627, sigue por Av. Islas Baleares y Av. Príncipes de Asturias hacia Calle Duques de Palma / Calle Presidente Adolfo Suárez.

Si en el GPS no te aparece la Calle Presidente Adolfo Suárez prueba con Calle Duques de Palma, se cambió el nombre hace poco.

Nice stay, really loving burgos!

The ppl of burgos are very nice. Highly recommend the resturant near the cathedral, not far by driving from the bnb. remember to take your rackets if you love playing tennis.

Gracias por tus opiniones, al cento de Burgos se tarda 10 minutos en coche. Tenemos a menos de 5 minutos en coche, un Mercadona, un Lidl y un carrefour Express.

Gracias Itxaso por tu opinión, tendremos en cuenta todo para mejorar vuestra experiencia. Sentimos que no encontrases el mantel extra, está en el salón, hay sillas en el sotano y en cuanto al precio consideramos que 20€/noche por persona no es algo elevado, puedes comprar precios con otros alojamientos. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ana (the owner) a message.

If Ana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
