This attached cottage sits close to the North Yorkshire village of Burniston and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Smugglers Rock Cottage forms part of a cottage and sits close to the village of Burniston in North Yorkshire. It comes set with two bedrooms which include a double and a twin room with two 2’6” beds, along with a family shower room, the property is able to sleep four people. Inside, also find its kitchen/diner and its sitting room which has an electric fire. To the outside, there is plenty of off-road parking as well as a shared enclosed garden with a patio, gravelled areas and furniture. Smugglers Rock Cottage is a homely stay in a fine location.

Amenities: Storage and electric heating, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, High speed fiber WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for x2 cars. Enclosed patio and gravel garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome, two on request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5.5 miles, pub 2 miles. NOTE: Check in 4pm. Dogs must be over 6 months of age to be accepted on the booking.

Note - We have two type 2 EV charging points on site (chargeable).

Note - Bicycles must not be stored in the cottage. There is an outdoor bike rack in the car park for up to 4 bikes, adjacent to this is a secure bike shed for up to 4 bikes, as well as an unlocked outbuilding which has a wall mounted lock which can store a further 3 bikes.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: This North York Moors village is served by a shop/Post Office and two pubs serving food. The Burniston & Cloughton Village Hall provides a play park and tennis courts. A short drive away is the Scarborough, a traditional seaside resort with quaint amenities along with activities and a castle. Other popular spots include Filey and Whitby.
