Located only 1 and a half hours from New York City, come get away for a weekend or stay an entire week!

Nestled in Saw Creek Estates you will have access to all the available amenities: Tennis & volleyball courts, walking trails, lake swimming, access to 4 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, fitness center, basketball, baseball and your very own ski slope right inside the community. You'll also have your very own restaurant 'Top of the World' down the road. Bushkill falls, Shawnee ski and snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive with Camelback ski/water park resort only 35 minutes away.

The house is perfectly sized for any group large or small. Enough space to spread out and separate groups, or join in the fun together. The large fully equipped kitchen holds a breakfast bar, microwave, coffee maker and stainless steel appliances and wraps around to join both the dining and living room areas with a wood burning fireplace. You'll be able to enjoy the fire while you dine.

A connected all season room is packed with windows for year round enjoyment no matter what the weather. Brand new 46' and 60' LED tv's are fitted with HD cable and streaming movie services as well as surround sound and DVD/Blu Ray players for the large movie collection on hand. Wifi throughout makes sure you're away from home but not out of touch.

The cabin like lower level boasts two couches, a full size pool table/ping pong table, dart board, separate bathroom, laundry room, plenty of board games and a wood burning stove everyone can enjoy.

The larger of the two outdoor decks hold a gas barbecue grill and two outdoor tables, there's outdoor seating for the entire group.

Thank you so much for the review. We're so glad you all had a great time. The property is perfect for any size group. We do make the amenity pass prices known, I'm sorry they were overlooked. We will work on communicating these fees better. The community does charge for use of the ski hill, pool and lake areas. We will work on outdoor seating, we're surprised the Adirondack chairs were not comfortable. Possibly the picinic tables and seating wasn't to your liking which is understandable. We will work on updating this ASAP

Debra, thank you for a glowing review! We will have the grinder pump serviced and insulate that room to further dampen the sound. A cast iron skillet is a great idea for a kitchen addition, we will also purchase a large skillet and have that available for your next stay. Thank you again

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brian (the owner) a message.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
