Fully centrally heated, Larchfield is renowned for offering year-round luxury self catering accommodation to discerning Guests for the past 14 years.

At your convenience are 3 bedrooms; one double-bedded room with en-suite containing shower, basin and WC, one further double-bedded room and one twin bedded room. Cots are provided free of charge when required. Sleeping 6 in all, with wardrobe facilities for all. Each bedroom features black-out blinds to each window.

All linen and an ample supply of hand and bath towels are provided and all beds are made up for our Guests arrival.

Adjoining the bedrooms is a full sized family bathroom with a bath, basin, WC and separate shower enclosure. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with a basin and WC.

The living-room seats 8 Guests in 2 comfortable settees and armchairs, with an open fire for toasting toes! This room is well equipped with TV, DVD and music players and features relaxed lighting for those evening fireside snoozes!

The fully-equipped kitchen seats 6 diners in comfort, with toddlers catered for in high-chairs. Full cooking, baking, roasting, grilling, boiling, chilling and freezing facilities are provided with ample cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery for our Guests.

The Utility Room contains a dishwasher and full washing, drying and ironing facilities.

A Welcome Pack is provided to allow you to settle-in and relax after your journey to Larchfield.

Outdoors to the rear is fully fenced and gated for the freedom of pets and toddlers. There is a paved area with casual seating, and luxury patio dining furniture to seat 8 in cushioned comfort! A sunshade is provided for those long al-fresco lunches, cooked on the large gas BBq provided for your use.

There is an outdoor shower for rinsing wetsuits, sandy dogs and children!

The front of Larchfield has a rural aspect with garden seating for that first cup of tea in the morning sunshine! There is also free off-road parking for your vehicles.

All linen, hand and bath towels, loo and kitchen rolls, Utilities, all fuels inc peat & logs, power gas bbq are inclusive.

Mains operated smoke and security alarms are fitted for the well-being of our Guests

The quaint village of Bushmills, is just an hours' drive from Belfast International Airport or the Ferry Port of Larne.

Bushmills hosts great restaurants and pubs, some with evening music for the craic!

Coffee shops abound and there are craft shops aplenty, not forgetting the world famous Old Bushmills Distillery a mere saunter away!

Just a short drive away there is the World Heritage Site of the Giants Causeway. This can be reached by a beach walk, a cycle ride on closed paths or a scenic train journey above the beach.

This is an Outstanding area of Natural Beauty with sandy beaches, magnificent sea views against a backdrop of natural sand dunes

The Harbour at Portballintrae is used as a departure point in the summer for off shore fishing but there are other hidden harbours tucked away just waiting to be explored or fished.

Ballycastle is the departure point for the short trip to Rathlin Island, a must for bird watching and a family day out.

The Glens of Antrim can be reached by way of the Antrim Coast Road a much heralded attraction in itself, rivalling the Great Ocean Road in Australia with stunning views of the coast and a backdrop of sheer limestone cliffs.

Sport is a great feature of the Bushmills area with superb golf courses within easy reach. Royal Portrush is just a few miles away and was justifiably selected to host the Open 2 years ago

The North West 200 motorcycle road races are world famous for speed and thrills and are held in May of each year

This really is a home from home. Clean, comfortable and everything you could need. The location is excellent for exploring, a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bushmills. We will definitely be back!

Why can't I call Trevor (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Trevor (the owner) a message.

If Trevor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
