Down The Road You Will Find The -Urban Coffee House-, Renown For Its Gluten Free Super Yummy Cake Selections, And Super Healthy Breakfast And Lunch Menu.

Everything In The House Has Been Selected For Your Convenience And Relaxation. The Three Bedrooms Are Set Up As Follows:  One Queen  Bed, One Double Bed And One King Single Bed. All Beds Are Fitted with Brand New, High Quality Mattresses And Bedlinen. All Rooms Have  Luggage Stands And Large Wardrobes For your Convenience. No Need To Throw Dirty Bags On Your Beautiful Bedlinen.

There Is Great Speed  Free WIFI For Your Work Or Entertainment , Also Free Netflix To Enjoy.

The Kitchen Is Fully Set Up With Quality Cookware and China.Induction Hotplate, Microwave Combination Oven, Dishwasher, Toaster, Water Jug and A Great, Capsules Coffee Machine , Blender And Rice Cooker Are Part Of The Brand New Kitchen.The Kitchen Is Also Provided With Dishwashing Detergent, And Tablets For The Dishwasher.

Free Coffee, Decaf Instant Coffee, Hot Chocolate And Quality Tea Selections Are Our Gift To You. And Of Course Milk Is In The Fridge.

All Linen,Extra Blankets, Towels, Bath Maths Are Included In The Price. 

We Do Not Set The Beds With Flat Sheets, As We Actually Wash All Of Our Quilt Covers After Each Booking. If You still Require A Flat Sheet , Please Advise At The Time Of Booking. 

Warm Blankets Are Provided, And If You Happen To Be-The Need To Stay Extra Warm Individual-, Extra Warm Quilts Are Available. Please Advise At the Time Of Booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Magdalene (the owner) a message.

If Magdalene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
