La Senda del Viento is located in the town of Bustarviejo, a village house where we become his old office and garage milk delivery truck in a rural house for you to enjoy. You want a space to talk, enjoy nature, cycling, paragliding, climbing, collecting mushrooms or just enjoy with your family or your favorite friends? We have a large lounge where you can meet to prepare excursions with books, magazines and information about the area we have at your disposal. Hay que tener mucho valor para escribir una reseña sin contar las cosas como han sido. Después de las numerosas llamadas de su marido por las mañanas y de usted por las tardes, de correos electrónicos, en concreto 6, de conversaciones de wasap, de no ponerse de acuerdo en cuantos días, ni que fechas venir, en preguntar primero si tenemos disponibilidad y no saber como se llama el alojamiento, en decirme su marido que son 5 personas y usted que vienen además con un perro y dos pájaros, en mirar las tarifas donde se especifica una semana de lunes a domingo a 480€ y explicárselo detalladamente y aún así ofrecerles el mismo precio partiendo las semanas, en pedir el precio para 10 días, 14 días otra vez para una semana y finalmente del 1 al 8 de agosto o del 5 al 11 de agosto y querer venir por el mismo precio si son 7 días u 8 días y al final ceder los 8 días a precio de 7 y encima que no sea una semana natural, además decir que no llegamos a mutuo acuerdo y que le devuelva la señal y ofrecernos a hacerlo inmediatamente para que usted pueda buscar otro alojamiento lo antes posible disponiendo de su dinero y no mirar las horas de trabajo en presupuestos, llamadas, correos que hicimos hasta el último momento, indicando las actividades que se podían hacer en sus días de vacaciones, así como consejos para su estancia; repito hay que tener mucho valor para escribir una reseña negativa. Y voy a decir otra cosa, nuestro alojamiento esta libre, por si lo quiere mirar en Escapada Rural o cualquier otra plataforma en donde tenemos calendario, esa insinuación de que le devolvimos la señal y que era por otra reserva es mentira, esa es sencillamente la palabra. Si una cosa hemos aprendido en estos años es que si los clientes no quieren venir o no les convencen nuestras condiciones porque han encontrado otro lugar que les interesa más es mejor la devolución de la señal cuanto antes para las dos partes. Un saludo, no hablare de su clase y educación.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If María del Val (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
