From the owner

The house is typical for those who wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are out of the country but usually goes home for vacation every once in awhile the reason why it was decided to have the house leased not just for additional income but to have people staying in it. Additional beautification and improvements are still being done now and then since this will eventually be the owners' abode when they finally decide to quit overseas and stay home for good.

There is a space for parking of two cars, at most, although the subdivision's road fronting the house can be used as well.

- No alcohol is allowed for the purposes that we are located in a subdivision and excessive consumption might create disturbance with the neighbors.

- Smoking can be done BUT outside the house please.

- Parties may end at 12 midnight or even at dawn but quiet time must be at 10:30PM

- Pets are allowed but proper disposal of wastes must be done and there must be no damage in the properties.

- Water heater is available at the kitchen when warm bath is required

- Must inform the owner for additional guests way ahead of time for security reasons. IDs must be provided as well.

- We can provide washing machine without dryer with additional fee and drying may be done outside the house.

- Rent doesn't include house bills that the electricity and water bills will be charged at Php 7,000 prior to 1 month's stay and thereafter. Once the bills will be received, the extra amount will be refunded.

- A stove with oven, pans and ladles, knives and board. Stove use will be billed according to the number of persons and days that per day use will be charged at Php 25 per 2 persons/day. A designated roofed place outside the house will be used when cooking for safety reasons.

- Pocket wifi may be available, if requested,typically for mobile phones.

- Additional amenities maybe provided when asked but with additional fees.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Darl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
