House in condominium 3 bedrooms, 1 master suite upstairs with balcony overlooking the beach of bones beach and center. All rooms with air and ceiling fan and closets, social bathrooms and suite with closets. Living room and dining room. Cable tv in star room and suite. Internet and wifi throughout the house. Outside area behind the house with barbecue, table and chairs, gardener and all surrounded with garden. Good balcony in front of the house with sea view, American kitchen and laundry area fully equipped with fridge, 5 burner stove, microwave, pots, dishes and cutlery. The condominium has a swimming pool for adults and children, 12 houses all semi-detached and home that takes care of the gardens and security of the condominium. The condominium is 2 blocks from the beaches of João Fernandes, Azeda and Ossos. You can walk to Rua das Pedras along Orla Bardot in 15 minutes. There is a van stop around the corner from our street that will take you everywhere in Buzios.

    Tampoco te quiero como huésped, porque no es un hotel aquí y querías que te cambiaran la ropa de cama todos los días y no quería pagar la ropa de cama adicional. Nunca he tenido este problema con ningún invitado en mi casa que siempre nos haya felicitado.

    Qué lástima que no hablamos acerca de los vasos de precipitado de vidrio, porque Silvério habría comprado por usted. Tenenemos copas de acrílico coloreado que no se rompa, porque los vasos de precipitado de vidrio que había comprado a los huéspedes antes, rompió todos ellos. Silvério ya ha comprado 12 vasos de precipitado de vidrio para el agua y 6 tazones de vidrio de vino. Gracias a asesorarrnos, lamentablemente no no podría disfrutar. Estábamos muy contentos de recibirlos en nuestra casa, todo estuvo muy bien organizado y limpio. Espero que regresen. Gracias por todo. Besos

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If MARTA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
