You will love my space by having new facilities and be designed with great care and safety. It is in the central district, easily accessible, close to the bus station, public transport, gas station and main street that leads to the most beautiful beaches of Buzios, all useful services, restaurants and city center of fun in a quiet street of houses with public car low occupancy. My space is good for couples, families, individual adventures, group of friends and executives. All facilities are new. Features: Wi-Fi, split air-conditioning, cable TV, studio with three interconnected environments (left and right side mezzanine), 03 doubles (01 queen and 02 standard) new pillows and linen closet. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, electric multi-function pot, blender, juicer juices and other household items and complete all electric, no gas stove. There is the option for more complete meals in nearby restaurants with home cooking to the most sophisticated. The apartment provides sheets, comforter, towels and pillows. Large bathroom with new glass shower. Monitored by cameras safely. Comfort, charm and style in well located place.

Es un local del shopping adaptado como vivienda, puertas de vidrio. Poco funcional, sucio. No cuidan a los turistas.

Tuvieran toda la asistencia que necesitaran, el departamento enteramente limpio, aunque algunos aparatos de la cocina tenían unas marquitas, pero ya encargué a la señorita de limpieza. A todos le gustan muchísimo alquilar este departamento ejecutivo, que fue recién proyectado para este fin, como una buena sorpresa por ser bien cuidado, como las fotos demonstran. Lo siento que no atendió al gusto del señores, que inclusive hicieron complimientos durante a la estadía y parecían muy bien. Encargamos de dejar los huéspedes más a voluntad, más tranquilos posible, sin incómodos cunado vienen para sus vaciones a disfrutar linda Búzios y descansar. Un saludos para todos!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
