Featured in the Design Files, this impressive artistically-inspired 3-storey private villa is situated in one of the best locations of central Byron Bay, for holiday makers looking for a quiet getaway with friends and family. Located only a 300 metre walk to the beach via national park bush tracks, and a short ride to the town centre.

Beautiful and tranquil, the villa is incredibly spacious with plenty of space for 12+ guests to have their privacy, featuring 3m high ceilings, 6 large king/queen bedroom suites, 3 full size bathrooms, 2 full size living rooms and multiple outdoor spaces. Boasting over 350m2 of indoor/outdoor living space, a private 10 metre saltwater pool, with tropical and edible gardens and breathtaking elevated sunset views over the hinterland and Byron town. Pacifique is a huge property, perfect for large family gatherings, corporate groups, wellness retreats, and for those wanting to relax and unwind.

Guests will benefit from such luxury offerings as a personalised check in, champagne and/or welcome hamper on arrival (for bookings of 3+ nights), 24hr concierge and booking services, and organic bath products, to name a few. Built using thermal mass for temperature control in both summer and winter, Pacifique also features a log fireplace and highest quality ducted and split reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating in every room (including bathrooms!) for the ultimate in guests' comfort.

The property is fed from a 25,000L rainwater tank with pure water filtration system which filters water to every tap in the house for clean drinking water and pure chemical-free showers.

Newly built with soul from a master craftsman to resemble a house from a bygone era, Pacifique features stunning antique encaustic tiles, hardwood polished floorboards, antique sash windows and French doors, recycled hardwood timber posts and exposed copper piping.

A style that is unique, inspired by a fusion of French Provincial, Greek, Australian and Scandinavian culture and history, Pacifique provides a atmosphere of European class, whilst also being so quintessentially "Byron".
