Description from owner
This penthouse apartment has stunning views both along the river Formosa and out to sea. It's in the village centre but in a quiet backstreet just 50 metres from the waterfront. A short walk takes you to some lovely restaurants and local cafes.
It is a two bedroom top (2nd) floor apartment in a small block (not on a large complex), with two large terraces leading from the living room and bedrooms. The large secluded private roof terrace has a truly panoramic outlook including lovely sea views.
The bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a king size bed and there are two single beds in the other bedroom.
It is simply, yet tastefully decorated and is well furnished, providing a very pleasant and comfortable stay. It has separately controlled air conditioning/heating units to both bedrooms and the lounge. With a family bathroom including a bidet and an en-suite to the main bedroom, it provides ample facilities along with a well equipped kitchen with all the usual modern appliances. The barbecue patio is located just outside the kitchen, allowing for ease of catering 'al fresco'.
There is a small private parking area with an allocated space for the flat just in front of the apartment block within remote controlled security gates. An entry phone linking to the street can be operated from just inside the front door of the apartment.

“Perfect in every way”
A quieter part of the Algarve away from commercialsed expensive tourist resorts west of Faro. Lots of local friendly bars and restaurants with very resonable prices. The apartment is clean and spacious with everything you could possible need, air con and wifi always an added bonus. The 3 terraces ensure sunshine all day long. Although only a minute from the front it is very quiet day and night. A bus trip to Tavira is a must with its shops, history, restaurants and bars. We will certainly be returning.
