From the owner

The villa is located in a 860 m² of land and benefits from its own private pool and garden. It is walking distance to the charming fishermen village of Cabanas where you have access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and local fish and vegetables market. Also a few minutes walk to the Ria Formosa nature reserve and to Cabanas beach with golden sand that seems to go on for ever.

Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace facing the pool furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine outdoors and enjoy the famous Portuguese wine and plenty of garden furniture to relax.

With one double bedroom with unsuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do or simply relax by the pool or beach.

Near the villa there are six splendid golf courses overlooking the country side and the Ocean:

CASTRO MARIM GOLFE, a luxury complex beeing the Grouse Course, the Atlantic Course and the Guadiana Course. An excellent combination of 2 times 18 holes can be played from these 3 courses.

They are all a challenge to both the novice as well as the more accomplished golfer.

There are a number of other golf courses in close proximity along the Algarve.

There is a security deposit upon arrival of 300,00 Euros which shall be returned to you at departure less the cost of any damages or extra cleaning.

Beautiful villa with an ideal location in a small town with everything you would need. One of the most relaxing holidays that we have spent and the villa was perfect in every way.

Why can't I call Teresa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Teresa (the owner) a message.

If Teresa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
