We’re 25 minutes from Puerto Plata airport, 5mins drive to Cabarete town centre and walking distance to a range of restaurants, shops and attractions local to Kite Beach.

I'm not always at Kite Beach, but myself or my close friend Angie will always be available to you via air bnb, email, phone. I also have a property manager who lives close by and he will be happy to promptly assist you with any questions or problems you may have.

We're keen to fully support you throughout the booking process and of course during your stay. We can arrange additional house cleaning, house catering, kitesurfing lessons and rental, day trips, car rental etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

-High chance of wind all year round. When it blows, the wind is almost always cross onshore.

-No hazards in the water – no boats, poles, buoys, piers, walls – just perfect uninterrupted ocean

-Extremely safe beach – no dangerous currents and nothing dangerous lurking in the water

-Always kite with company – no need to worry about being alone on the water or having no one to launch/land your kite – there’s always someone about.

-Flat water and waves - every day you simultaneously have the option of flat water and waves due to the offshore reef

-Informal rescue service. If you get into trouble, one of the locals will almost certainly come and fetch you. They will ask for a few dollars payment.

-Onsite kite rinse and pack down area directly outside the condo

-Onsite swimming pool – loosen up those muscles before your kiting session

-24hr security – you’ll feel perfectly safe both day and night

-Great vibe between the kiters – many people at Kite Beach Hotel (the complex within which this condo sits) are long term residents who live here to kite. You’ll quickly find kite beach is a very friendly, social and welcoming place.

-Great eating and drinking options right on the beach – No need to travel anywhere if you’re feeling hungry. Great restaurants and great prices.

-Happy hour!! Point break bar/restaurant is Kite Beach Hotel’s very own. Sip the delicious cocktails while watching the sunset kiting action.

-Extreme Fitness Centre – 2 mins walk away is a gym and there is even a circus school if you feel like toning those abs whilst swinging 20m above the ground!

-Into SUP? Kite Beach is perfect for those breath-taking, early-morning stand up paddle board sessions

-Coming with a family? Kite Beach is very family friendly. There’s several families with young kids who live here year round. There’s always children playing in the pool and running around. You’ll be able to see your kids in the gardens and pool from your balcony. Plenty of fun activities to do to in and around the local area too.

How do damage deposits work?

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
