When you want have your vacation home in highest quality and very luxury, when you want to dream in the ocean and use the luxury service then you are right here.One apartment the highest quality and the luxury with your own jacuzzi, a very big terrace with ocean view and in a beautiful international gated community. From december until July you have the open restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. More is not possible. Come and enjoy!

The cleaning for check in and check out is free. Additional cleanings when required are extra to pay.

The internet in the apartment, at the pool and the internet tv are for free. You can watch movies, news, sports and more for free by a You Tube app. In case you have got a Amazon Prime Video, Netflix or another account, you can use it with the Smart TV, too. In case you would like to watch the dominican cable tv it will be charged extra. The electricity is separat to pay after the reading.

    Lovely place but needs a bar or restaurant ,because it is so far from town and taxis can become expensive as we stayed

    In the street are two restaurants. The Checo and the Pinguin. You can use the lokal busses to drive to the center for 25 cent for one ride.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Andreas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
