High quality individual villas, located in a privileged natural environment, with excellent access to the highway and only 10 minutes from Torrelavega and 25 minutes from Santander. The house has a fitted kitchen, living room with fireplace, direct access to porch, 4 large bedrooms, one of them suite with dressing room, 2 bathrooms and a shower room. And of course barbecue.All this spread over 2 floors that reach 195 m2. Garage for 2 cars. Beautiful villa located in the municipality of Mancuerdas (Cabezón de la Sal) located in the region of Saja-Nansa. It has all the services, It is an area full of history and beautiful mountain houses. With a lot of architectural value. The landscapes are the most picturesque, the valleys are a spectacle, beautiful balconies adorned with a multitude of sherds full of flowers, streams. Very close is the coast of San Vicente de la Barquera, (just 15 minutes away) offers several kilometers of beaches where you can enjoy extensive beaches such as Merón. The beach of Oyambre also stands out for its extension .... .Cantabria is a beautiful land, the sea bathes beautiful white sand beaches that may be the most beautiful in Spain, beaches in which the sand and forests merge, forming a wonderful set, in which a few meters away You can enjoy the sea, the shade of the trees and the fresh water of the rivers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Adelina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
