POR EL COVID-19, ENTRE HUESPED Y HUESPED NECESITAMOS 1 DÍA COMPLETO PARA LIMPIAR ALMOHADAS, CORTINAS, ... Con 2 dormitorios dobles (cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales), salón-comedor con sofá chaise longe, baño y balcón. Capacidad para 4 personas. Total 70 m. Completamente amueblado y equipado (aire acondicionado utensilios de cocina, horno, microondas, tostadora, plancha, ventilador, TV, sombrilla y nevera para la playa.). La casa tiene de todo (sábanas, toallas, productos de higiene y limpieza) sólo os tenéis que traer las toallas de playa y, listo! . A 50 m de la playa. Desde el apartamento, estaréis en el paseo marítimo, en 5 minutos andando. Mascotas no permitidas. Fumigo el apartamento todos los años.

Cabo de Gata es un pueblo ideal para familias, porque es muy tranquilo y, tiene una playa grande (es parte de la Bahía de Almería) y siempre limpia. También está fenomenal para parejas y amigos que, busquen esa tranquilidad que da el Parque Natural y poder acceder a las numerosas calas y playas que hay él, se puede ir a una cala distinta cada día.

    Muy cerca de la playa. Tiene muy cerca un supermercado. Ideal para estar tranquilos y con niños. Sin problema de aparcamiento. Muy recomendable.

    Un apartamento cómodo y agradable, muy cerca caminando de una playa preciosa. Pequeñas tiendas y bares en las calles de alrededor. En coche puedes visitar el parque natural.

    How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mª Ángeles (the owner) a message.

    If Mª Ángeles (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
