Enjoy the best of Costa Rica, at the beautiful Luxury Home, Tres Palmas Costa Rica, boasting a Panoramic 180 degree view of the Pacific-Ocean, the Golfo Dulce and all the way to Panama, unlike few others. And nestled into the most lush animal filled jungle Primary Rainforest of the Osa Peninsula, and just steps away from the white sand beaches of Cabo Matapalo, some of the most breathtaking beaches in all of Costa Rica. This five-bedroom five-bath house, has all the modern comforts of home. “It is your own private estate”, consisting of 25 acres, with the villa backing up into the lush primary rainforest, that keeps your days and nights pleasantly cool with the jungle and ocean breezes. You can hike around on and nearby with many trails and animals, Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, all of the four types of Monkey's, Harpy Eagles, Pumas on a rare morning hike are some of what you will see. No need to go to the Natl Park, as we connect to it a few miles away.

Full Service cooking services are available, ask for pricing groups size determines cost, for smaller groups the average is $30 each per day, that is $10 per meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will have a Bi-Lingual meet and greet staff member, but after that its all privacy, our cook speaks English too.. Unless you opt for the Meal Included option. Brad can also help arrange all your flights, rental cars, tour/excursions, and explain your menu, just ask about special meal needs. And by all means ask Brad for a discount, depending on the time of year, he will do his best to save you some money.

Mi Casa es Su Casa, but just take care of it, please. You have 25 acres of privicy so should have no problem making some noise, people do sleep early though as to get up early and see all the Monkeys in the trees at sunrise..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact George (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send George (the owner) a message.

If George (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
