Second floor apartment in Lomas de Cabo Roig, near Torrevieja on the beautiful Costa Blanca. Situated close to top class golf courses and many lovely clean beaches, so ideal for golfers and families. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated with a fully fitted kitchen including hob, oven,microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer; Bathroom with bath/shower; Double bedroom and twin room lounge area; Fully fitted window and door grills for added security + Security Alarm; Air conditioned;

We have a SMART TV WHICH YOU CAN CONNECT TO THE INTERNET THROUGH WIFI FOR NETFLIX, YOU TUBE, EMAIL ( charges for WiFi do apply, with WiFi Netflix is free) & DVD.

Prices above are also subject to a 50 / 70(euro) Departure cleaning charge paid at the location.

A Large balcony which is great for watching the sun setting and relaxing with a glass of local wine..The apartment is on the second floor and a further stairway leads up to the roof top solarium, you can enjoy the sun all day from sunrise until sunset. This is an excellent place to relax and unwind and the perfect retreat if you want to get away from it all.

We are very close to the communal landscaped pool, which is available for your use with plenty of room for sunbathing.

The Development

The development designed to make an ideal base for the family with great communal pool just two mins walk away, "Blue Flag" beach at La Zenia just 5 mins drive, water park at Torrevieja 10 mins drive. For the golfer, we offer an ideal base from which to play, three superb courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor 5 mins drive away.

Also just 5 min by car in la zenia you will find the fabulous and most popular la zenia beach, more bars, restaurants and supermarkets. You will also find the new La Zenia Boulevard compleated in 2012 it is the largest mall in the province of Alicante.

The Boulevard is like another city, with streets, squares, fountains, concerts and daily events that give life to Zenia Boulevard and make it different and surprising.

It has over 90 different species of plants, it also has a free healthy park for exercise, rest areas , one giant led display where you can enjoy the best sporting events and the most interesting documentaries, as well as a stage where they put on concerts and performances Free every week. The Boulevard has 150 stores with the best prices and the best selection .

Further Afield

The nearest Airport is actually at Murcia and there are also frequent flights into Alicante. Closest shopping is at Villamartin where there are also a number of bars and restaurants to suit all ages and budgets. Markets are lively and frquent during the season with La Zenia on a sunday being a favourite of ours. For the children, try the WaterPark at Torrevieja or the smaller one at Quesada. There are aslo a number of go-kart tracks that are always winners. Beaches are numerous and all within a 10/15 minute drive along this sunshine haven. For those looking for a more cultural avenue, Elche is only 20 minutes away with palm tree lined streets and historic monuments.

Prices above are also subject to a 50 / 70(euro) Departure cleaning charge , paid locally, 50% Deposit is required to reserve, the remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival. A 150 pound refundable damage deposit is also required,it will be refunded to you in full within 7 days of the keys being returned to us and subject to there being no damage in the apartment. Short Stays are also available on request. Payment can be made by Credit Card (Pay Pal) for charge 3% OR BANK TRANSFER.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manjit Singh (the owner) a message.

If Manjit Singh (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
