This sea view apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a superbly equipped complex. Refurbished in 2017, new furniture, internet TV, a coffee machine, as well as the addition of a dishwasher add to the high quality of provision in the apartment. Calas De Campoamor is situated directly behind the main Cabo Roig strip where there is direct access to many of the finest restaurants, bars & shops. The complex is situated five minutes walk from the long Campoamor beach and Cabo Roig beach is easily accessible. These apartments are close to the bus routes and easily accessible by bus,, taxi or car to many other amenities including 4 of the most popular golf courses and their facilities, at Villa Martin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas & La Manga. The nearby marina - home to Club Nautico de Cabo Roig hosts the Cabo Roig regatta in August. Watersports including sailing, scuba diving, waterskiing and windsurfing are also available. There are several exciting historic cities to visit including Murcia, Cartagena or Alicante. Torrevieja town is a 10 minute drive or bus trip. For families and children one of the biggest Aquaparks situated in Torrevieja is a fantastic day. For those who don't wish to drive, there are regualr bus tours to the famous theme parks in Benidorm (1 hour by bus or car) Terra Mitica & Terra Natura.

The complex itself is equipped with a large swimming pool, including a Jacuzzi & Children's Pool, 3 Tennis Courts and a children's playground, A full time Life Guard is on duty at the pool during peak months only.

Some of the finest bars and restaurants are no more than a 2 minute walk, with an excellent range of International Cuisine , suiting every taste. Lively entertainment in both English and Irish Bars - There's something for everyone day or night, all within close proximity.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John/Heather (the owner) a message.

If John/Heather (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
