This top floor apartment is in the very popular Aquamarina Complex , the apartment itself has all the mod cons that you need for a happy holiday . As you enter the apartment you will be surprised as to how big this living room area really is .There is satelite tv aswell as aircondition both in the living room and main bedroom . This property is nicely furnished and with everything you will need for a pleasant holiday . The two bedrooms are of a good size and both with built in wardrobes plus you have a good size family bathroom .

Cabo Roig is one of the most popular areas on the Orihuela Costa . This area boasts some fantastic beaches like Cala Capitan , Cabo Roig , La Zenia & Campoamor . Three of these beaches are within a 10 minute walk from this property and if you do not fancy the beach then just have a relaxing day by the pool .

After a long day in the sun it is nice to know that many local bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep . For your evening out you have not far to walk as it only takes one minute to get to the nearest restaurant .

Cabo Roig boasts a fantastic array of restaurants for you to choose from like Indian , Chinese , Thai , Italian , Steakhouses and of course tradional Spanish food .

There are four Indian restaurants to choose from ( Green Chilli , Kings of Tandoori , Shakira & Balti Towers ) all serving the highest quality of food as i HAVE tried them all . There are some very popular steak houses ( Beef or Salmon , Goodfellows , Aberdeen Angus , Asador de Don Mariano ) all serving beautiful steaks at very reasonable prices . There are some lovely Italian restaurants here like the now famous PUCINNIS , ITALIAN AFFAIR & MAMA MIA that have now become some of the most popular restaurants on the strip .

A new Spanish restaurant recently opened ( Asador de Don Mariano ) which already has become very popular with everyone , serving beautiful steaks , every type of fish and of course their traditonal dish of Paella .

Only a five minute walk away is the restauant El Abuela which has their Spanish Flamenca show every Friday & Saturday evening .

For places to go in the evening time , then you have to head into the nearest city of Torrevieja and spend your evening on the local promenade with its lovely sea views ( lovely breeze ) , great choice of restaurants and of course the carnival for the children and the fantastic market stalls that are set up for you as you walk along the promenade . There are plenty of restaurants here to choose from and there is no hurry home as everything stays open until 02.00 .

Torrevieja has its own waterpark ( Aquapolis ) which opens every day of the summer from 11.00 - 19.00 . In nearby Playa Flamenca there is also a Go - Kart track that is suitable for both adults and children as there are two seperate tracks for safety .

Next to the complex you also have the availability of a well stocked supermarket with everything you will need to make your stay here as comfortable and stress free as possible .

The complex itself has a reception area with a pool side bar aswell

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
