A lovely 3 bed quad house close to Cabo Roig Strip . This house is south facing so will get plenty of sunshine all day long . The communal pool her is as big as they come as the pool is set on an 800 meter square site . The house consists of 3 bedrooms so comfortably sleep six persons . Quiet and relaxing by day , the main centre of Cabo Roig is only a seven minute walk away and the local beach at Cabo Roig is about a 12 minute walk ..

Cabo Roig is one of the most popular areas on the Orihuela Costa . This area boasts some fantastic beaches like Cala Capitan , Cabo Roig , La Zenia & Campoamor . Three of these beaches are within a 12 - 15 minute walk from this property and if you do not fancy the beach then just have a relaxing day by the pool .

After a long day in the sun it is nice to know that many local bars and restaurants are only a short walk away . For your evening out you have not far to walk as it only takes seven minutes to get to the nearest restaurant .

Cabo Roig boasts a fantastic array of restaurants for you to choose from like Indian , Chinese , Thai , Italian , Steakhouses and of course tradional Spanish food .

There are three Indian restaurants to choose from ( Kings of Tandoori , Shakira & Balti Towers ) all serving the highest quality of food as i HAVE tried them all . There are some very popular steak houses ( Beef or Salmon , Goodfellows , Aberdeen Angus , Asador de Don Mariano ) all serving beautiful steaks at very reasonable prices . There are some lovely Italian restaurants here like the now famous PUCINNIS , ITALIAN AFFAIR & MAMA MIA that have now become some of the most popular restaurants on the strip .

A new Spanish restaurant recently opened ( Asador de Don Mariano ) which already has become very popular with everyone , serving beautiful steaks , every type of fish and of course their traditonal dish of Paella .

For places to go in the evening time , then you have to head into the nearest city of Torrevieja and spend your evening on the local promenade with its lovely sea views ( lovely breeze ) , great choice of restaurants and of course the carnival for the children and the fantastic market stalls that are set up for you as you walk along the promenade . There are plenty of restaurants here to choose from and there is no hurry home as everything stays open until 02.00 .

Torrevieja has its own waterpark ( Aquapolis ) which opens every day of the summer from 11.00 - 19.00 . In nearby Playa Flamenca there is also a Go - Kart track that is suitable for both adults and children as there are two separate tracks for safety

    House was great, one bath towel and one hand towel supplied per person, take extra if you want to go to the beach. Otherwise room and clean. Will book again for family trips.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
