Situated in the middle of the Costa Blanca, Our house is a relaxing 3 story townhouse with communal pool in a secure and attractive gated private complex. The house is set in a secure Complex on the seaward side of the Cabo Roig "Strip" - a bustling road with many Shops Bars, Restaurants and Banks. There is a Pharmacy and a 24/7 walk-in Doctors Surgery very close by. All within a five minute walk!

The accommodation is tastefully furnished and very well equipped including air-conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, BBQ, a good sized Roof Terrace/Solarium and a Balcony off the Master (double) bedroom.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances including Dishwasher and Washing Machine.

For our younger guests there are Stair Gates at all levels, a High-Chair and Travel type Cot if required.

All Bed Linen and indoor towels are supplied - Please bring your own Beach Towels and Cot Bedding if required.

The Complex Communal Swimming Pool is surrounded by Lawns and has a great sectioned Toddler area at the shallow end which is perfect for all ages.

A really comfortable home with everything needed for a great Self-Catering Holiday.

With Beaches, Bars, Restaurants and Shops all with easy walking distance.

We can arrange an independent Airport Transfer Service for you so a Holiday without a Hire Car may be a preferable option.

For those who enjoy their Tees and Greens, there are many Competition Golf Courses in the area within a 20 minute drive.

About 10 days before your holiday we will then send you a Welcome Pack. This will contain directions from/to local airports, access codes and for your Safety and Comfort, some guidance and instructions on the use of the house and surrounding complex. We will also send you further instructions on how to access the keys when you arrive at the house (don't worry - it's just a security box outside the front door).

House rules

This really is our family home from home & would obviously appreciate if guests treat our lovely house with the same respect they treat their own homes.
We know it is not always possible but we try to adopt the simple policy of "Leave it as you find it". It would be much appreciated if you could adopt this policy for your stay. For example, the dishwasher emptied and all the washing-up done and put away and all the rubbish taken to the green bins in the road outside the complex.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lou & Tinx (the owner) a message.

If Lou & Tinx (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
