Holliday apartment in Cabo Roig only about 300 meters to clifftop promenade (150meters as the crow flyes) with breathtakeing views. Less than 500 meters to the sandy beach and 200 meters from Cabo Roig strip with excelent restaurants and bars (yet on the other side of the bulding so not noisy). Only few minutes drive from high rank golf courses and La Zenia shopping center. Convinient two airports nearby; Alicante (40min) And Murcia (20min). First flor apatrment has got underground garage with an easy access to the lift (whillchairs are welcome), south faceing balcony with a pool and sea view. One bedroom and living room with a kitchen are aircoinitioned. Sleeps 4+2 (there are two sofabeds in living room). Great holliday destination for families, golfers, and to spend winter under the sun as we also can negociate longer rental.

We can offer you pick up and drop off service from/to Alicante or Murcia-San Javier airports for an extra 50 euro each way. On arrival call Monika and let her know what time will you arrive to the appartment, as she is appointed to give you a key and show you around. There is non smoking policy in our appartment and also set of simple rules on cork bord by the fridge. Upon departure again call Monika and she will take keys from you and check an appartment so we will be able to pay you back your deposit.

20Elaine20 is right, I as an owner have responded asap for any demand she had, regarding our apartment. That includ buying for the money that I've refunded her imidaiatelly, things like new cerial bowls, as one of ours was chipped and she did not liked it! She did all that at the begining of her stay, to make herself at home for oncoming two months. I did not blame her for a damage of apliances as the malfunction and brake of things like washing machine or water boiler can happen. Again she is right,I responded imidiately in convinient for her way. Replaced with a new stuf. These days you can review your guests. I did not rewiev 20Elaine20 as I wanted to be kind, but enyone who think about renting her, think twice!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dariusz (the owner) a message.

If Dariusz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
