Our comfortable and beautiful penthouse on the 5th floor of Bahia Serena II Condominium. The condo has 2 large swimming pools, gazebo, children's play area, direct beach access just steps from a private gate, power generator for the entire building and water tank. It is a safe place with quiet neighborhood, familiar and it is completely fenced. It is fully equipped with everything you could need to make your stay more enjoyable. Enjoy the best beaches in the area including Playa Sucia, Buyé, Combate, La Parguera, La Mela, among others. Explore the most beautiful and exotic places like Las Salinas, Faro Los Morrillos and explore the flora and fauna in the Puerto Rico National Wildlife Refuge and takes the most amazing photos.

Sunbathe in the privacy of our terrace, or simply rest and relax in one of our hammocks. Explore the surrounding areas where you will find remnants of an indigenous cemetery and swim in your own private little beach. Dine at nearby ocean front Best restaurants in Cabo Rojo, which are known for their seafood and local cuisine. Visit the surrounding towns of Mayaguez, San German, Hormigueros and others. Why can't I call Dorkas (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dorkas (the owner) a message.

If Dorkas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
