This new condo, which we call Casa Vista Mar, is beautifully and comfortably furnished with all new furniture, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and GE Profile appliances, washer/dryer, and a private rooftop deck with jacuzzi in a gated community with 24-hour security.

A high-definition flat-screen SMART television provides English-speaking programming, Roku, and internet. There is an I-pod dock for your enjoyment and convenience. A telephone is available in the condo for local calls.

The large master bedroom is equipped with an American king bed and the second bedroom has a California King bed. There is an additional rollaway bed to accommodate one more person. Both bedrooms have blackout shades to facilitate restful sleep.

Both bathrooms offer travertine tile showers and vanities with high end finishes. The master bathroom also features a large jacuzzi tub for relaxation.

You will enjoy beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and mountainsides from most rooms and the large rooftop deck.

The private 640 sq.ft. roof-top deck with its tropical feel is fully furnished with a jacuzzi hot tub, sectional sofa, chaises, umbrella, and barbecue grill. There is unbreakable melamine dishes in dining room cabinet for use outside on the roof top deck.

There is a second deck off the living room and master bedroom to enjoy outside dining with views of Medano Beach and scenic mountains.

All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Each bath is equipped with a hair dryer.

This condo is a short 5-minute walk to the popular Medano Beach, as well as walking distance from town restaurants and shopping, and the main Cabo marina. Taxis are available, if desired, and the condo offers a private parking spot in the underground garage. An elevator conveniently takes you to the sixth-floor penthouse.

Walmart, City Club, Home Depot, and Costco are all a short drive away for any of your shopping needs.

Several beachfront restaurants, including popular Tobasco's and The Office, are within walking distance.

There are several nearby watersport facilities offering scuba diving, snorkeling, wave runners, trips to Lovers Beach in glass bottom boats, parasailing, among several other activities. There are $30 massages offered on the beach 5 minutes walking distance away from Casa Vista Mar.

A private concierge is available to you providing services such as car rentals, restaurant reservations, and special tours such as the Dolphin Adventure and trips to Lovers Beach, as well as for stocking your kitchen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Victoria (the owner) a message.

If Victoria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
