This entire luxury, two-story 4,500 square-foot Villa (2800 under roof & 1700 terraces) in gated Montecristo Estates is yours! Three direct terrace-access ocean view bedrooms, three and-a-half baths, five flat-panel TVs! Sleeps 8 people comfortably (10 if sofa bed is used).

Enter your marbled floored Villa through a private stone courtyard with bubbling fountain to the first level that includes a full kitchen and dining room, living room with fireplace, and master bedroom suite with king bed, large walk-in closet, private bath, and Jacuzzi. From here you proceed onto your terrace with partially-shaded dining area, gas BBQ, lounge chairs, and outdoor hot tub. The lower level is complete with two junior suites (one with king bed; one with two queen beds), and a family room with queen sofa and entertainment center(DVD/CD/TV) and with free high-speed Internet computer and WiFi. Each suite has direct access to a large terrace with private infinity pool and lounge chairs.

This time of year, your mornings start with beautiful sunrises and views of local fishing boats heading out for the catch of the day. Also, whales can frequently be seen from your terrace breaching as they feed and raise their young. Why can't I call Raj (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Raj (the owner) a message.

If Raj (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
