It is decorated to the highest standard and is set in one of the most sought after areas of Cabopino, just a 10 minute walk from the marina. There is a very secluded swimming pool set in the centre of the complex. Secure underground parking. Surrounded by golf courses and many more within a short drive. The beach is a few minutes drive and the famous town of Marbella is just ten minutes away. Great restaurants either on the beach or nearby offer various types of cuisine.
There are two double bedrooms with en-suites. The guest bedroom can be made up as either a double bed or two singles and the Master Bedroom leads onto the terrace and garden. There is a double lounge/dining area which leads out onto the terrace which is great for dining al fresco, and this then leads out to the large private garden where you can soak up the sun all day long. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.
