Questo appartamento di 40 mq, appena ristrutturato (aprile 2016), si trova al piano terreno di un immobile completamente rinnovato.
Ci sono una zona cucina e uno spazio con tavolo e sedie, un bagno con ampia doccia e due camere da letto, di cui una ampia e una più piccola senza finestre (come spesso avviene nelle case campidanesi come questa). Potrete sempre trovare parcheggio per la vostra auto lungo la laguna, a poche decine di metri dalla porta di casa.
This newly restored (April 2016), 40 squared meters apartment is located at the ground floor of a completely renewed complex.
There are both a kitchen and a fully equipped dining area, a bathroom with an ample shower and two bedrooms, one big and the other of a fairly smaller size without windows (as it often happens in Campidanese style houses like this one). You will always be able to find a parking spot on the lagoon's coastal road, just tens of meters away from your doorstep.

The apartment is capable of hosting up to 3 people + a small child in a little bed that we can add should it be needed.
Guests can count on the availability of a queen-size bed, a single bed, bathroom and a fully functional kitchen (including dishes, cutlery, pots, pans etc.). Sheets, towels and all the utilities you need to enjoy your stay in our pleasant apartment will be at your disposal.

IL QUARTIERE
L'appartamento è situato accanto alla storica chiesa di Santa Maria, dalla quale partono tradizionali processioni religiose in diversi momenti dell'anno. Nella vicina piazza grande della chiesa si tengono manifestazioni canore e sagre paesane. Percorrendo la via Roma, in poco più di 200 metri si raggiungono le piazzette del centro storico, animate dagli innumerevoli bar e ristoranti.
A poche decine di metri da casa si sviluppano le passeggiate lungo la laguna, in un incantevole ambiente naturale e agricolo. A poche centinaia di metri da casa, accanto alla Cooperativa dei pescatori, potrete visitare l'interessante museo archeologico, dove sono ospitati i famosi "Giganti del Sinis", oltre a svariati reperti delle civiltà neolitiche e nuragiche fiorite attorno alla laguna.
Troverete splendida frutta e verdura di stagione proveniente dagli orti locali, disponibile nelle molte rivendite diffuse per il paese. Altra risorsa alimentare peculiare di Cabras è il pesce, appena pescato nella laguna o in mare.
The apartment is located next to the historical Santa Maria church, where visitors can witness various traditional religious ceremonies in different times of the year. More musical and folkloric events take place in the large neighboring square. Strolling down via Roma, you can reach the cluster of small squares of the old town in little more than 200 meters, and enjoy the finest venues, bars and restaurants that Cabras has to offer.
Strolling along the lagoon is just a few tens of meters away from the house, and so are the fascinating natural and agricultural environments that the location comprises. Just a few hundreds of meters away from the house, next to the Fishermen's Cooperative, stands the city's archaeological museum. Here you can find the famous "Giants of Sinis" among many other finds and evidence of flourishing neolithic and nuragic civilizations around the lagoon.
You will find excellent fresh fruit and vegetables coming directly from local orchards, available in the many homemade reselling spots around town. Cabras' staple food source though is fish, freshly caught from the lagoon or the sea.
