This is a new deisgned HOUSE RENTAL IN THE HEARD OF OLD CADAQUÉS, SITUATED IN A QUIET CUL-DE-SAC, TWO MINUTES WALK FROM THE SEAFRONT, CENTRE VILLE.

The interiors are all new and have been created to the highest stardars.
Entry the house in into a pleasant light hallway, witch on the left a twin bedroom, witch is next to a BATHROOM wc, and washbasin. To the fromt of the house is the master double bedroom, witch frech windonws. All the "ground floor" rooms have a Catalan ceilings. Pine stairs lead up to the upper level where there is an open plan living dining kitchen area, witch a terrace witch sea view. Very full equipped house. WITH NEW INSTALATION AIR CONDITIONING- and internet acces.

The house ins in the heart of Cadaqués, is approached by a small picturesque lane, witch parking a short distance away from the house, in the steed.
