Very bright 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps 5, on the third floor of a brand new building with lift suitable for push chairs and wheel chairs. Suitable for families, pets allowed, strictly non smoking. 75 sq mt: living room with pull-out couch that sleeps 2, fully equipped kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing-machine, dish-washer, kettle, toaster. Master bedroom with double bed and big wardrobe, twin bedroom with 2 single beds, can be pulled together. Bathroom with bath and shower. Terrasse, south facing, gets the best of the sunshine all year round, it opens on a private courtyard and guarantees privacy, equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs, potted plants and herbs, you can see the netrance of the port from it. All utilities of electricity, air-conditioning, central heating, water, gas and Wifi connection (Fiber to the home) included. Desk corner in the living area, suitable for working in remote. Private car park, air-conditioning, heating, hair dryer, TV, board games and books for exchange. All linen provided. Since COVID19 we updated our cleaning procedures using products approved by health and safety autorities in order to guarantee maximum hygene. Only two minutes walk from the trendy, buzzing quarter of Marina with its many restaurants, bars and cafes, ten minutes walk from Largo Carlo Felice and the main shopping streets of Via Manno and Via Garibaldi, and ten minutes drive from the famous Poetto beach. This apartment offers the ideal location and level of comfort from which to explore Cagliari and its surroundings.

During the summer months, the spacious south-facing balcony with potted plants and herbs, table and chairs for outdoor dining and deck chairs, serves as the perfect dining room. Many of our guests have described the balcony as a very relaxing spot to watch the ships coming into the port. The balcony gets the best of the sunshine all year round and is accessible from the living room through double doors and from the twin bedroom through a single door. In the living room you'nll find books and board games. Easy access to the building from the front door of the building and the car park at the rear. The building has a lift that is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs and stops on your floor. We always make sure to have a minimum of supplies ready for our guests, toilet paper, dish washer tablets and washing machine powder, hand soap for both bathroom and kitchen. We also provide beach parasol, cooler bag and beach toys for children that our guests are welcome to take to whatever beach they want to visit during their stay. Wifi connection is Fiber to the Home, unlimited, fast, suitable for Netflix and working in remote. The area is very safe, day and night. The apartment is in the city centre, at the edge of the historic quarter of Marina, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, bars with live music and nightlife. There are 3 supermarkets nearby, one of which stocks only organic food, all within walking distance. Two excellent pizza places with wood burning oven are right outside the door, as well as a sushi bar and a number of cafès. Several banks and cash machines are also within walking distance one just across the building. The main shopping streets, for clothes, shoes, jewelry etc, are just 10 minutes walk away. Among the main places of interest in Cagliari, we have a Roman amphitheatre, archaeological museums, many ancient churches, the medieval town and a famous fish market. Just behind the apartment block, 3 minutes walk away, there is the Su Siccu board walk along the water where often dolphins can be spotted. The path goes all the way to Molo di Sant'Elmo and further to Parco di Molentargius. Outside Cagliari, along the gulf, at about 40km on both sides, you find more beaches: Nora, with the Roman ruins of an ancient town, Chia and Tuerredda on one side, and Villasimius on the other.

L'apartement est au centre ville, et la circulation est inevitable mais avec le vent qui souffle tout le temp en Sardaigne c'est bien etrange que vous avez ete derangè par l'odeur des emanations... peut etre vous avez l'habitude à la campagne. La cuisine est équipée de plaques chauffantes, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire et grille-pain: là où vous habitez, les campings sont très bien lacés. En ce qui concerne le "batiment délabré", je me sens de préciser que c'est un exemple d'architecture industrielle des anée 50: il y a des gens qui apprécient ça et d'autres pas. En tout cas, le bon côté d'avoir la cour de l'immeuble, et donc la terrasse, qui donne, entre autres choses, sur un immeuble inoccupé c'est: pas de bruit, pas de vis-à-vis. Par contre, avez-vous regardé les flamands roses qui passent sur votre tête et que vous pouvez admirer depuis cette même terrasse?
