Located in the historic district of Castello, in the former barracks San Carlo built in 1738 by the will of the viceroy, in honor of King Carlo Emanuele III of Savoy to host the "Dragoni di Sardegna department." It is located on the area above the Bastion Holy Cross, opposite the Basilica of Santa Croce. Surrounded by major historical and cultural sites, antique shops, typical restaurants and historical places of Cagliari nightlife. the apartment was recently renovated, it consists of entrance / living room with conditioner, sofa double bed, kitchen with induction plates, combined microwave oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with compartment for the ice maker, dishwasher. a double bed with wardrobe, desk top in basalt, conditioner. a bathroom equipped washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet, electric warmer, washing machine and dryer for your hair. Getting around

Moving in Cagliari is pretty simple. The City Center is quite collected and can be visited on foot. However, there are a variety of transportation services like: tourist trains, sightseeing buses for city tours and taxis. To move to the hinterland of the Cagliari city rail services and city buses are available, the latter, the bus, the middle recommended to reach the more remote (Poetto shoreline areas, Molentargius). Those who prefer to travel independently can finally opt for car hire, available through rent a car located at the airport and the city center.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
