Le 2 pièces que nous proposons se trouve dans une villa, au sommet d'une colline, en rez-de-jardin, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Aucun vis-à-vis et le grand calme à 3 km du centre de Cagnes-sur-Mer et à 4 km de la plage, à égale distance de Nice et Antibes.

Déjeuner dans le jardin fleuri avec en perspective la mer et le cap d'Antibes est, aux dires des hôtes que nous accueillons (depuis 10 ans), un enchantement.

Notre 2 pièces (1 chambre, 1 séjour, 1 petite cuisine séparée, salle de douche/wc), est entièrement indépendant. Nous garantissons une propreté irréprochable. La chambre à coucher est climatisée.

Chaque pièce dispose de très grande baies vitrées avec volets électriques, et vous pourrez jouïr de la vue mer depuis votre lit.

Notre villa est construite à flanc de colline et l'accès depuis la rue (sur la crête) se fait par un escalier extérieur (l'équivalent d'un étage et demi). De ce fait déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Les bus ne montent pas sur notre colline. Un véhicule est nécessaire, mais il n'y aucun problème de parking dans notre rue (en impasse) qui ne dessert que les quelques villas alentour.

Nos prix incluent la fourniture du linge de toilette, de la literie, du ménage en fin de séjour et de la connexion wifi illimité. A votre arrivée vous trouverez des boissons fraîches ainsi qu'un grand nombre de produits de base.

Au cours d'un apéritif de bienvenue, nous serons très heureux de vous donner toutes les informations sur une région que nous connaissons parfaitement et sur tous les grands et petits évenements qui s'y déroulent.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Christian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
