From the owner

House located at the top of town reformed. It has a spectacular panoramic view i privileged position, very sunny. It consists of ground and first floor. On the ground floor is the hall, living room with fireplace and a room, garage, kitchen, bathroom and access to the stairs. On the top floor there is a large multipurpose room with pellet stove, two bedrooms, two terraces and a large bathroom with tub. The garden is also found with native plants of Mallorca. Parquet floor, easy parking and close has a public recreational area where you can eat outdoors.

House situated in the Sierra de Tramuntana declared a World Heritage Site. The house has panoramic views of the village of Caimari, Campanet views, overlooking the Bay of Alcudia, overlooking Cap Ferrutx, overlooking the Puig de Santa Magdalena de Inca and overlooking the village of Selva. To the north the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana is. It is particularly suitable for cyclists, hikers, trekking, hiking, excursions, gastronomic tours, markets and fairs, groups of friends and families with children. Tourist tax is not included.
