MountainVues is a renovated traditional style Queenslander offering classic yet modern homely comforts and convenience of location - within walking distance to city centre.

High ceilings, cool & breezy, live like a local.
MountainVues maintains a tropical feel with an open living space, high ceilings, casement windows and polished floor boards throughout. The living area opens out to a huge deck out back with Mountain views at sunset and out the front adjoining the master room is a sunroom with windows that open up the room to let the outside - in.
The apartment sleeps max of 6 adults in air-conditioned comfort using existing bedding master room 1 king, room 2 queen, room 3 queen.
Fold out single bed is available if current bedding does not suit - extra cost $25 per stay.
Linen, bath and pool towels supplied, hair dryer, iron and board.
MountainVues is fully fenced with maintained tropical garden & resort style pool.
Guest access is via front stairs to the top apartment. Guests have sole use of the upstairs apartment and undercover outdoor deck area. Ample off-street free parking is available for guests.
Downstairs apartment is holiday rented , which may or not be rented during the period of your booking and shares the garden, lawned and pool areas .

Both are available to rent out as one entire Holiday Home sleeping max of 10 guests. Please enquire for pricing.
Prior to renting entire apartment - an agreement will be in place regarding no parties this MUST be agreed and adhered to.

Guests to be noise sensitive to neighbours and downstairs guests - apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood - absolutely no parties.
Friendly owner lives close by and in most cases will provide meet and greet service and mobile number to be on hand for assistance and advice if needed during your stay.
Parramatta Park is one of the closest suburbs to Cairns City - within easy walking distance to the Esplanade, which is a scenic promenade that stretches for 2.5km and includes a swimming lagoon, waterfront boardwalks, BBQ areas and a children's water park. The Southern end of the 'Espy' comprises of cafes and restaurant's, clubs and bars, shopping plazas, entertainment centre, casino and reef terminal.
MountainVues is located 5.8kms - 10 mins drive from Cairns International Airport and 1.5kms - 30 mins walk to Cairns Esplanade
Cairns Central Shopping Centre is 1.4kms - 15 mins walk this is for grocery shopping (Coles supermarket) but convenience, liquor store and great Thai takeaway are closer.
Bus service to city is 1 min walk at end of Parramatta Street and to Northern Beaches an easy 10 min walk to Sheridan Street.
MountainVues is centrally located to all tourist attractions in City Centre, Reef terminal, Tropical Tafe and Cairns Hospital.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If PATRICK (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
