Description

Lovely 2 bedroom bungalow with wonderful views over the famous beach “Cala Gran” in the residential area of Playa D'Or situated in the centre of Cala D'Or directly at the seaside. Within a few minutes walk you have a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, shops etc.


There is a light lounge – dining area with direct access to a balcony and kitchen area . There are 2 Bedrooms, one with double bed and sofa bed with doors to terrace and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom.

Outdoor & distances
There is a lovely community pool . The pool is in front of the sea with direct access to the beach “Cala Gran”.

“Perfect location”

We have just returned from our second holiday in this bungalow, we just love the view from the large balcony. It is in a gated community which gives a sense of security and the beautiful gardens and landscaping are so tranquil and relaxing. The bungalow is spacious and airy and the owner is a lovely helpful lady, nothing was too much trouble. We will be back!

The bungalow by Cala Gran in Cala D'or is in a lovely complex and an ideally located close to the town. The bungalow is as close to the beach as you can get which can be good or bad depending on what you want. The bungalows are close together without being invasive which is perfect. Although there are plenty of steps down from the road and up from the beach. The apartment itself is nicely finished, although certainly not as pristine as the photos suggest and the bathrooms could do with updating. The facilities cover the basics, just about and not much else. Don't expect a welcome pack or a mid week laundry service or a dvd collection or anything but you have everything you need. Just! You're paying handsomely for the location and that's it but it is a pretty impressive location. The swimming pool within the complex is an added bonus but the location is key, close to town and beach. Perfect! The only reason for the very good rating is the mealy mouthed provisions in the apartment, that could have tipped it into the excellent bracket but it was certainly disappointing. Would I go back..yes. Is it a good location..yes. Was it worth the money..maybe. Was the €100 plus booking fee justified..no!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
