Casa L´Estiu is a charming villa constructed in a typical Mediterranean style with multiple terraces. Located in a quiet area just in front of Cala Gran beach, which is only steps away.

All bedrooms are air conditioned. The ground floor comprises a spacious living area with Satellite TV and DVD, double doors lead out to a charming terrace. Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. There is a further double bedroom on the first floor with en-suite bathroom and king size bed which enjoys a large furnished private terrace with sea view. Rooms showing single beds can be made into a double if required on request (with the exception of the bunk-beds in bedroom 4 which are fully sized single bunk-beds) The beautiful outdoor living areas and large pool offer a great environment for sunbathing or for kids to play.

The villa is situated 76 steps away from Cala Gran beach which can be accessed via a path that leads down to the sea, It is also 100m from the nearest shops and bars, but is just far enough away in its own tranquil setting that makes this a piece of paradise.

This villa is ideal for a large family or families that are looking for a secure and safe environment that has everything you would need on your doorstep. If you want to self cater this is ideal or you can take a time out and treat yourself in the many bars and restuarants situated within the Cala D'or pedestrian area, which is a 2 min stroll.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diane (the owner) a message.

If Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
