**New for 2019** The property has new electrical wiring throughout and a lovely new modern fitted kitchen.

A beautiful 4 bed 3 bath detached villa with fantastic sea views, in a quiet residential area within 5 minutes walk of 2 lovely beaches and the bars, restaurants and shops of Cala Egos. Private garden with swimming pool, sun beds and ample outdoor dining facilities with gas and charcoal BBQs.

The villa has 2 large king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom. For extra younger guests there is also a single fold-away bed and cot. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and those on the first floor have balconies with outdoor furniture, whilst the ground floor bedroom opens up onto the main terrace.

The ground floor has an entrance hall, cloakroom, lounge-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. The villa is well equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, satellite TV, free WiFi and safe etc..

In addition to indoor dining, there are 2 large outdoor dining tables with chairs to the front and rear of the property. The large roof terrace, accessed via outdoor steps, provides stunning sea views and is very popular with guests for extra sun-bathing and evening cocktails/dining .

Emma, thank you so much for your very detailed review and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay and the villa facilities. I’m sorry about your welcome experience, we had clearly set the wrong expectation with you as we offer a self-check in service. The villa manager does visit our guests, normally within 24 hours of arrival, in order to check that you have settled in OK. TA should be sending out the access code to the key safe automatically, in advance of your travel, but as this has not happened, we will be communicating this to guests directly in advance of travel. The power issue was very unfortunate and we have subsequently arranged for electricians to fix the problem, ensuring that this does not inconvenience our guests in the future. We have a policy of investing in the property and the kitchen is high on our list of priorities - your comments are well noted although we do ensure the kitchen is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We’d love to host you and your party again at Cas De Mar and thanks again for your review.

Why can't I call Andy (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andy (the owner) a message.

If Andy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
