House, with amazing views of the gulf. It located in a raised position, panoramic, quiet and very airy. The front veranda overlooking the sea with Cala Luna right in front, while the rear garden overlooks the forest. The house is equipped with every comfort and furnished by architect with furniture and simple but valuable accessories. Beds with orthopedic mattresses and excellent quality. garden with barbecue, sink, outside shower, table. All in stone. You can reach the beaches on foot. Nearby, archaeological and natural sites breathtaking, beautiful rivers passable by canoe, hiking highlights such as the Gola di Gorroppu, Tiscali and many others. Walls known and loved by rock climbers from all over Europe In the Gulf there are one behind the other, the most beautiful bays that can be imagined. Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritze, Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Fuili, caves Bue Marino etc ... The country has various supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pizzerias and music venues

Upon arrival will welcome Mrs. Maria who will remain at your disposal for any need (advice, emergency, cleaning services, laundry services etc) At chekin you will be paid the amount for the final cleaning (50 euro) and the security deposit of 200 Euros it is refunded to chekout after viewing the house. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luciana (the owner) a message.

If Luciana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
