L'appartamento è situato al terzo piano di una casa singola famigliare.

La cucina ha una grande vetrata che guarda ad est, la distesa verde dei pini anticipa l'orizzonte azzurro del mare che guarda l'infinito.

La camera da letto è accogliente e si affaccia nell'open space del soggiorno che godono di una vista mozzafiato da nord con le tipiche colline rocciose di calcare e di macchia mediterranea, l'orizzonte del mare e a sud lo splendido Golfo di Orosei. Da Novembre a Marzo potrebbe essere necessario il riscaldamento, questa è una spesa EXTRA non inclusa nel prezzo. Verrà pagato alla fine del soggiorno in base ai consumi, tra 0,90 a 1,30 euro al litro.

La tassa di soggiorno, dovuta dal 15 Marzo al 15 ottobre, ammonta a EURO 1.50 per persona al giorno. Questa tassa va saldata all'arrivo in contanti.

The sun tent in the veranda has to be used only with no wind and when you are using the veranda: this it means that when you are in the bathroom, or in the kitchen or in your room has to be closed. In case of damage you will be asked to pay for the cost of the tent (euro 3.000).

The apartment is for 2 adults, extra guests are not allowed. And 'it allowed to smoke in the open spaces of the house (veranda and balcony) The parties must be agreed before. The waste must be brought out into the collection point according to the calendar. On the last day all waste must be taken to the collection point next to the house. We incur penalties if it is not well separated. The plastic bottles are crushed. The apartment must be left in order and clean.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cinzia (the owner) a message.

If Cinzia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
