Fantastic Villa near Cala Sanau !

The house is the ideal place for a holidays that allow you to rest and enjoy, nice gardens ,the modern swimming pool with waterfall, to read in the gardens, to sunbathe or probably at the end of the day to relax in the Jacuzzi.... Sa Pletassa Nova is a country house with all the comforts that we need today but without losing its Majorcan captivation; the estate incorporates renewable energies and water from its own well trying to take care and respect the environment. It is decorated with care for the details in order that your holidays are unforgettable with your family or with a group of friends.

Interior

On the first floor you will find a room with terraces overlooking the sea. It is perfect for reading, meditation or simply contemplating the beauty of the landscape. On this floor there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom is a modern and elegant suite; the second bedroom is simple and has two individual beds (simple and wonderful); and the third room is the blue room with a dreamy environment. Every room possesses her own wc, private terrace and air conditioning. Sa Pletassa´s ground floor is wide and luminous: the entry hall has an impressive staircase made of Majorcan stone in a rustic style. It leads to a dining-room also to the living room with plasma television and a cozy fireplace. This floor has large windows that lead to the swimming pool, where we will find pergolas, the barbecue and the swimming pool. Sa Pletassa Nova is a place for the whole family. For persons with disabilities or reduced mobility there is in the ground floor a totally adapted bathroom. The kitchen is equipped in a very functional and modern form with a central island that invites to share. With a wonderful view at Santueri´s castle. From here we also have access to a lounge dining room practical and functional for 8 persons that it is constructed in an old stable.

Sa Pletassa Nova is located outside the centre of s´Horta, an authentic village. The environment invites us to discover part of the traditions with its typical weekly markets of fruits, vegetables and crafts: we can visit Felanitx market on Sunday and Santanyí market on Wednesday and Saturday. A few minutes from s´Horta we find the Golf club "Vall d´Or". Also we can visit PortoColom and taste some restaurants of typical majorcan food. An after we can go to Cala d´Or, full of night life in summer or visit the harbour "Marina Cala d´Or. The house is near to all the coast places of crystalline waters and and virgin beaches: Cala Ferrera, Cala Sanau, Cala Serena and many more...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
