Villa Es Cuco is a fantastic 3 bedrooms villas set in private grounds offering magnificent views towards the island of Conejera and the Mediterranean. A traditional yet modern and well-equipped villa ideal for those looking to relax in comfort and be near some of the islands best beaches (Cala Bassa, Conta and Tarida). Within walking distance you will find restaurants, local bars and the beach of Port des Torrent is 20-25 mins walk.

Inside the House

Entry is into the main spacious lounge area where you will find comfy sofas, flat screen Tv with satellite, an indoor dining table and two sets of patio doors, one leading to the main pool area and the other to the side breakfast terrace. From the lounge you can also enjoy the magnificent views.

The kitchen is separated from the lounge via a breakfast bar – the kitchen itself is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other appliances (kettle, toaster, blender). There is also a storage / utility pantry area with iron/ironing board.

Leading down the hall way you can find two twin rooms, the shared bathroom and at the end the master bedroom with en-suite. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned* and have ample wardrobe space

The décor is of a high standard with solid wood furniture throughout.

The villa comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 rooms, when there are 7 or 8 people we can add one extra bed to master suite and use the sofa bed in the lounge.

Outside Areas

Set in 2000msq of land you are spoilt for choice when it comes to the outside areas at villa Es Cuco The pool terrace offers stunning views across the countryside towards the sea and is the ideal place to soak up the sun all day long. You can find several chill out / dining area’s throughout the low maintenance cactus gardens including a BBQ area with outdoor sink and space for al fresco dining.

You have onsite parking for 3 cars and a security gate.

The pool dimensions are 9m x 4.2m with the deep end having depth of 2m – there is also a small step/ seat as you enter the pool.

The large roof terrace is the ultimate place to chill out, relax and enjoy the stunning views towards the island of Conejera and the Mediterranean Sea. The roof terrace is covered with artificial grass and boasts chill out furniture – the ultimate space to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

Additional Info

To keep the cost of the villa as low as possible we ask that if air con is required a small in resort supplement is paid (100€)

How do damage deposits work?
