In exclusive complex of only 8 apartments. Bright ground floor with garden and direct access to the beach. Veranda with dining area in summer in furniture teak and terrace with hammocks. Garden with lawn, swimming pool (8 X 3 m. 01/05 to 30/10) and direct access to the beach (Cala Serena) located in Cala d'Or, in the quiet residential area of Cala Serena. Very quiet area ideal for family tourism and for walking, running, cycling, etc. Access by 15 steps in a landscaped area.

Your bad experience affects me a lot and I worry that you have not been able to enjoy the house. For years it has been our family home for the summer. But the years go by, the children grow and every time we go less time to Mallorca. We decided to share it with people who knew how to appreciate and enjoy it, as we have done for years. We do not do business with it. It simply helps us keep it in good condition. And, it is true, the kitchen had to be changed and a complete renovation of the kitchen has been made including all the furniture and appliances (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, smoke extractor) this winter of 2017/18. For that reason you paid the low fee you paid. The rest of the house, which is not new, responds exactly to the images we publish. It is true that the house is enjoyed more in summer than in the month of October. The beach, the pool, the sunny terraces, etc. They give a special charm to the house that is not enjoyed in October. Being so close to the sea the humidity is very high, especially in months with little sun, that can give for example the sensation of which the switches are sticky. They are not dirty, it is wet plastic. We recommend using the house from May to September, never before or after.

Sir, das Haus ist das Sommerhaus der Familie und Lucia, die mallorquinische Dame, die sie erhalten hat, ist die Person, die sich vom ersten Tag an um das Anwesen kümmert. Es ist kein Haus, das wir mieten, um Geschäfte zu machen, und es ist uns egal, wir gehen jeden Sommer und wir wissen, wie es ist. Wir kümmern uns darum und teilen es mit Menschen, die es zu schätzen wissen. Dass es eine Box der TV-Antenne gibt, ist nicht an der Wand befestigt, es ist wahr und das Problem kommt von der Installation von Satelliten-TV (die bereits deinstalliert wurde). Aber ich habe Schlimmeres in Fünf-Sterne-Hotels gesehen. Eine tote Ratte im Garten? Sir, wir sind auf dem Feld und diese Tiere existieren. Es mag sein, dass einer im Garten starb, der Gärtner auf Anregung von Ihnen musste ihn entfernen. Es gibt kein Problem mehr. Ich fühle deine Abneigung.

Why can't I call Jordi (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jordi (the owner) a message.

If Jordi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
