Description

3 bedroom Villa sleeping up to 6 people. Our Villa is situated on the hillside with private pool which is heated in the cooler months, separate garden area and is only 5 minute walk down to the beach. The Villa itself has a light and airy open plan living area. All bedrooms have; a door opening onto a terrace, own air conditioning unit and either shower or bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms can be set up as either in a double bed arrangement, or as 2 singles depending upon what you requirement.

Cala Vadella bay is one of the most beautiful beaches on Ibiza. The beach is tranquil with natural sand and shells. The sea here is calm with clear water and is shallow for a long wayout, so it is ideal for young children. There are couple of restaurants literally on the beach so kids can play on the beach whilst you eat. One of these restuarants has bouncy castle gfor the kids and shows childrens films in the evening. There a few more on the other side of the road and in particular a great pizza restuarant Bon Sol. There is also a small supermarket and a few bars.

Getting around

If you are staying for 4 days then you probably wont need any transport, as there is enough at the beach unless you wish to see more of the area. However if you are staying longer then I would suggest getting a car, so you can get about. The airport is 25 mins away and costs approx 50 euros by taxi to the Villa. Same again for Ibiza town which is 30 mins away. San Jose is 15 mins away by car. There is a bus stop found just behind the far end of the beach this has regular buses to San Jose, San Antonio and Ibiza town during the summer months, though we have not used it as we hire a car. We often hire bikes as there is are a number of tracks of road, but be warned the hills are quite steep

Interaction with guest

Should you book, we will greet you upon arrival at the Villa so you can be shown round so we can explain how things work and we can answer any questions you may have. If you are only staying fro a few days the housekeeper is happy to help you with getting some suppliers in and we will organise that with you about 2 weeks before. You can then pay the housekeeper directly.

Why can't I call Jackie (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Jackie (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jackie (the owner) a message.

If Jackie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
