The villa has been renovated and modernised to a very high standard by one of ibiza's top constructors and styled by Bisc interiors. It is lucky to have a new games room with pool table, arcade, Xbox one, and a playstation4 and also a table tennis table outside. Great for friends and family a like.
Outdoors offers beautiful sea and mountain views. A large heated swimming pool with barbecue, shaded dining area, cabana and sun beds. Just off of the pool area is the table tennis table lounge area, and sun deck. There is a garden with cabana, swing seat, chill out area, climbing frame and other kids toys. A roof terrace, other terraces one of which has a dinning area with sunset sea views.
With it’s many beautiful outside areas and views, the villa does make the perfect location for family celebrations, wedding anniversaries, birthdays etc. Though there are strict laws on noise in Ibiza and numbers of people, so let us know if you are planning a celebration.
The villa has three floors. The top floor offers 2 double en-suite bedrooms.
The middle floor offers a very large open plan lounge kitchen and diner, utility, study , bathroom and a double bedroom.
The lower floor offers 2 bedrooms one double with dressing room and en-suite and one twin with the option of extra beds and a further bathroom, second lounge open plan games room and a second kitchen.
This property is great for more than one family travelling together, or for large groups, as the Lower floor has a second lounge as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This gives families or large groups, separate spaces.
This villa has many features that make it great for people traveling with babies and young children. There is a safety pool cover for the heated pool, stair gates, two cots, high chairs, buggy, steriliser, baby food processor, baby video monitor, kids toys both indoor and out, climbing frame.

The property also has 2 televisions, DVD player, portable music system, computer, wireless printer, coffee machine, hair dryers, adapters for connecting I pads to the television, two fridge freezers, two washing machines, two microwaves, one tumble dryer.
Cala Vadella is a bay of outstanding natural beauty. The sea is shallow and calm, the beach is very child friendly yet has a very relaxed vibe. On the beach there are a few shops, including a small supermarket, an ATM, bars and restaurants. Also on the beach you can find pedalos, kayaks, boat trips in high season, a dive centre and a bus stop.
The supermarket although very small has a good selection of produce including cheese and meat counters and bakery. Therefore there is not essential to hire a car when staying at our villa in high season, though we do recommend it if you are like to want to visit a larger supermarket, pharmacy or a bank regularly.
All guest receive a complementary welcome hamper on arrival.
we also offer a shopping service so you can order your shop and have it in the villa waiting for you when you arrive.
please bear in mind that all unopened food from previous guests is removed for hygiene reasons.
We are very lucky to have access to a fantastic British nanny with 20 years experience she is able to offer both nannying and baby sitting. We can also help with beauty treatments, and many other concierge services, please ask.
pool heating is included from April 1st to Nov 1st, for stays of 7 nights or more.
We can be flexible on checkin and checkout days.
Check in is from 4pm and check out by 10am. We do offer early checkins and late checkouts for 150 euros each paid locally (this covers the cost of the extra cleaners and laundry services required). Early checkins and late checkouts are on a first asked first served basis. So book early to avoid disappointment.
The security deposit is £600 and needs to be paid directly a week before your arrival and is refunded 10 days after the departure. If you would prefer to pay this through the site it can be added on, they will take it up front. Please say at booking which you prefer.
