Casa Calabardina is beautiful ,large , air-conditioned villa across the road from the beach. It is the ultimate family holiday home. Kids love it. It has 2 large verandas and every bedroom has separate and direct access to the veranda which has panoramic views of the Mediterranean .

COVID19 CLEANING. My home is deep cleaned and all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected after every rental. All work tops , tables , counters , handles , remote controls , switches etc etc etc........ are carefully disinfected.

There's a huge pool and a toddlers pool. It has a large manicured lawned garden with BBQ. It has a large salon and a well equipped kitchen with attached pantry and utility room ( containing washer ,dryer,freezer). It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs and a toilet downstairs. In the basement there are table tennis and a fuzball tables.....

CASA CALABARDINA is equipped with internet , wifi , music system ,tv and dvd .

The beach directly across the road is great for sunbathing and picnics as you can drive your car directly onto the beach.

However the beach in the centre of the village ( 10 minute walk , 2 minute drive ) is far better for swimming and is far more popular.

There are 6 small beaches within 5 minutes drive .

The local village of Calabardina has 7 small restaurants.

Aguilas town is 7 minute drive away is full of traditional restaurants, tapas bars and shops . It also has a large Mercadonna supermarket. The market on Saturday morning is enormous and typically Spanish..

One pet dog is very welcome . Fee €200 .Unfortunately cats are not allowed. Pet cleanup after checkout will be deducted from your damage deposit by the amount charged by the cleaners.

Alicante Airport 90 mins away, San Javier aka Murcia airport 60 mins away or Almeria airport 60 mins away . Aer Lingus, Ryan Air, Easy Jet among others fly to the above airports...

    How do damage deposits work?
