From the owner

The house is situated in a unique beauty and tranquility, with a beautiful view towards the crown of the monti pisani, covered by forests of pine and chestnut trees, but without having the insulation defect. It has a garden on two levels, with separate entrance, equipped with sun chairs, and, on the lower level, grid and table for fourteen people. The garden allows exclusive access to the stream below, where you can also fish. The entrance is independent, with a large terrace with table and chairs from where you can admire our wonderful mountains and Wart, an ancient Pisan fortress. Besides the access road, 10 meters and sloping down to the river Zambra, there is immersed in the green garden, equipped with deck chairs and sun, and a very large table with a barbecue, great for dinner with friends, and enjoy a fresh bit of the creek, after spending a day at sea. Our major art cities are within a short time: 15 minutes PISA, LUCCA 20 minutes, Florence in 1 hour. Then there is Volterra, Siena, the Siena hills, vineyards, with San Gimignano, Vinci and Montalcino, then still a long rich history of Tuscany. In less than 30 minutes you can reach the coast, with the beaches of Tirrenia, Marina di Pisa, Marina di Vecchiano, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, where the nightlife is not lacking, then the city of Carrara in the Apuan Alps, and its marble. Just 300 meters from the house, there is the Carthusian Monastery, which is one of the largest monasteries Carthusians d 'Italy, and which houses the Museum of Natural Sciences of the University of Pisa.

    How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Renzo Zucchini (the owner) a message.

    If Renzo Zucchini (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
